Operations Manual

This manual is the single operating reference for Dealing Room work. It consolidates daily shift SOPs, templates, incident handling, risk escalation, reporting and authority control into a smaller set of practical pages.

Operating Principle

The manual is not a job-title ladder and not a list of isolated templates. A Dealer should use it to answer five practical questions:

  • What must be checked now?
  • What evidence should be kept?
  • Who owns the next action?
  • What requires Shift Leader confirmation?
  • What must be handed over or reviewed later?
