Lesson 1.1 - Welcome to Dealing Room

Welcome to Dealing Room Academy. This course is designed for Junior Dealers who need to understand broker operations, trading-system connections, daily monitoring responsibilities, incident handling and professional desk behavior.

The Dealing Room is not a role that predicts market direction. It is an operational control function for the trading environment: confirming platform stability, quote reasonableness, traceable order execution and timely escalation when risk or exceptions appear.

Practical Training

During a live shift, a Dealer should be able to read the handover, check platform status, monitor quotes and Bridge, identify abnormal changes, collect evidence and escalate clearly.
