You have completed Chapter 1 - Dealing Room Foundation. The goal of this chapter is role awareness, system-chain awareness, monitoring discipline, handover standards, incident reporting and professional conduct.

Behavior Standard¶
- Confirm facts first: XAUUSD quotes, spread, Client Terminal charts, dashboard freshness, Bridge queue, order completion time, rejects and timeouts.
- Define scope: compare multiple quote sources and distinguish a single quote-source issue from broader market-condition deterioration or platform-side symptoms.
- Strengthen monitoring: set a review frequency and watch spread, latency, order completion time, large orders, fast-closure alerts and client complaints.
- Communicate early: notify the Shift Leader when the trend continues, a major event window is near or client impact is unclear.
- Escalate by condition: escalate under SOP if client orders are affected, complaints appear, Exposure status changes materially or Bridge / quote-source conditions deteriorate further.
