Live Monitoring Focus

  • Quote freshness, spread, chart continuity and quote-source contribution.
  • Bridge trade log, queue, rejects, timeouts, large orders and quick close-outs.
  • Exposure direction, concentration, pending orders and event-window changes.
  • Client complaints, disputed orders and material execution-quality changes.
  • Data freshness for dashboards and reports.

Audio alerts and dashboard signals are prioritization tools. They mean “review this,” not “conclude this.”

Morning Shift Focus

Morning shift confirms post-close recovery and daily readiness:

  • Market reopen and key chart status.
  • Weekend / rollover / expiry items.
  • Temporary plans or approved controls restored or closed.
  • Negative balance or opening-gap exceptions.
  • Daily report and morning briefing readiness.

Middle Shift Focus

Middle shift is the main continuity window:

  • Live order flow and Bridge monitoring.
  • Risk review and active account / group observations.
  • Approved MT administration tasks.
  • Daily documentation and market-watch / swap records.
  • Responsible person for open items in the next shift.

Night Shift Focus

Night shift covers live monitoring, scheduled controls and post-close work:

  • Quote, alert, order-log and account exception monitoring.
  • Scheduled connection, report and control checks.
  • Post-close gap, swap, margin and rollover review.
  • Event or maintenance follow-up.
  • Clear handover for morning shift.

Handover Quality Rule

A handover is incomplete if any material open item has no responsible person, no next action or no next update time.
