Start Here¶
This Academy is designed for a new Dealer's first week. It focuses on the screens, evidence and decisions used during a live shift.
Learning Path¶
- Role Foundation — understand the Dealer's purpose and authority boundary.
- Live Monitoring — learn the core dashboard panels and the normal monitoring rhythm.
- Incident Response — verify abnormal signals, preserve evidence and escalate clearly.
- Shift SOP — complete shift start, ongoing monitoring, reporting and handover.
What Good Looks Like¶
By the end of onboarding, a new Dealer should be able to:
- confirm whether quotes, connections and order flow are updating normally;
- find the affected symbol, time window, account scope and supporting evidence;
- distinguish an observation from an unverified conclusion;
- notify the Shift Leader / Manager with a concise, structured update;
- leave open items with a clear owner, next action and review time.
Authority boundary
Reading this Academy does not grant permission to change pricing, routing, client risk status, orders, balances, Credit or production settings. Controlled actions require formal approval and may only be performed by personnel explicitly authorised for the specific action.
