Symbol Overview

What is this?

A scan of quote condition by symbol and Maker pool, designed to bring stopped or unusual rows forward.

When do I use it?

At shift start and throughout the shift to detect stopped prices, unusual spread movement or elevated volatility cues.

What should I look at?

Symbol/Pool, Bid, Ask, centred Spread, last update, M_micro volatility colour and the spread sparkline. Read colour as a prioritisation cue, not a verdict.

What is normal?

Bid and Ask continue updating, spread behaviour is plausible for the current session, and the recent trend is consistent with independent context.

What looks wrong?

A stopped row, stale update, abrupt isolated movement, persistent spread widening, crossed prices or several related symbols changing together.

What do I do next?

Save symbol, pool and timestamps. Compare Connection Status, an independent price reference, Client Stream and relevant Decision Stream records for the same window.

When do I escalate?

Escalate stopped client-facing prices, sustained deterioration, multi-symbol impact, affected orders, or evidence that cannot be reconciled. Do not classify a wider spread as mispricing without evidence.

Quick Check

M_micro changes colour while prices remain current. This means review priority has increased; it does not independently prove a quote incident.
