Client Stream

What is this?

A client-facing price-stream view used to understand which stream, rule context and price presentation apply to a client.

When do I use it?

When a complaint or monitoring signal may be limited to one client, UID, account group or stream.

What should I look at?

Client/UID context, account, symbol, stream, current Bid/Ask, update time and relevant rule or status indicators exposed by the view.

What is normal?

The client stream updates consistently with its configured context and can be reconciled with the symbol-level view for the same timestamp.

What looks wrong?

Stale or missing updates, a persistent unexplained divergence, or several linked accounts showing the same issue while wider market views remain normal.

What do I do next?

Capture the client/UID, account, symbol, stream and timestamp. Compare Symbol Overview and the independent market context; use Decision Stream if an order is involved.

When do I escalate?

Escalate persistent divergence, client impact, linked-account scope or an unexplained difference between client-facing and wider quote evidence. Do not disclose internal control logic to clients.

Quick Check

One account differs while related accounts and Symbol Overview remain normal. Keep the scope client-specific until further evidence expands it.
